*Cancellation Policy*

*Personal Data*

We collect, store and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. For any photos or videos captured or sent during or after class by clients or Stemtitute, Stemtitute possesses the right to use them for future promotional materials unless prior written notice is given.

We will deliver promotional information to you through various communications channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. Once payment is completed, all fees are non-refundable except if the class cannot reach minimum class number

Adverse Weather Conditions Policy

1. P1 – P6 classes will be rescheduled if Black Rain Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted within two hours of the scheduled start time.

2. The Little Explorer classes will be rescheduled if Red Rain Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above is hoisted within two hours of the scheduled start time.

3. There will be no refund for any classes rescheduled as a result of the adverse weather conditions

Make up lesson arrangement

Any absence from Class must be notified to Stemtitute by Whatsapp notice of at least one week in advance of the class, unless a copy of the medical certificate is provided. Stemtitute cannot guaranteed class can be arranged, which might various and depends on the situation.

• You might take initiative to contact Stemtitute to schedule a make-up class. If you do not schedule a make-up class within the prescribed timeframe, you will not be entitled to any refund or additional make-up class.

• The student will only be able to join a make-up class within 30 days of the missed class and at the same level of the missed class.

• We can offer make-up class for special situation. However, we cannot guarantee a timeslot that will fit the student’s schedule. The make up class will be mutually agreed between Stemtitute and the Client. Stemtitute reserves the final rights.

• No refund or additional make-up classes will be offered if the student is unable to attend any scheduled / proposed make-up classes. Make up classes can not be rescheduled or refunded.

• Materials from the missed class will be distributed to the student if the student is unable to attend a make-up class.

Code of Conduct

• Respect and always listen to the teachers and staff members.

• No running around in the classrooms.

• No inappropriate behaviour (e.g. fighting) with the staff and the students

• Always wear the appropriate dress wear when conducting experiments

• E.g. mask, lab coat, safety goggles, latex gloves, closed-toe shoes, hair tied-up

• Stemtitute reserves the right to exclude from class any student whose behaviour disturbs the rest of the class, or who does not comply with Center regulations. If a camper has caused damage to the class venue’s property, a fine will be levied based on the market value of the damaged item.

• No food or snacks are permitted in the classrooms, laboratories and duration of the camp.

Stemtitute will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury or loss of property/damage of personal property in the campus.

Hygiene Policy

• Declaration form (electronic) signed to confirm travel history. All attendees must have no travel record in the past 14 days.

• Temperature will be checked before entering the premises. Children who have a fever (over 37 degrees Celsius) will be unable to attend.

• Students will be encouraged to wash their hands before and after the class.

• Face masks are mandatory for everyone and must be worn at all times.
